Any VCC Provider for Adword?

    Seems, HDFC, Axis, Kotak and almost all other Indian banks are banned from Google adword so is there any way to get VCC generated to use in adword?

    Does any body know about any alternative?

    i'm not sure does paypal vcc works on adwords vcc? I think not right? that's why they offering vcc for paypal and adwords.

    I'm not sure but have asked one guy who tried it and he said it isn't working :(

    It's only for US person right? Is PayPal vcc working?
