You buy a site, ie. co.nr, and create subdomains. That`s all. You will need a script that will create the subdomains.

Ive seen clones of .co.nr over the web. So I am thinking that there should be a few scripts out there that you will be able to purchase to do the job. I will see if i can get the names of them for you.

be as ambiguous as you can so anyone can use your service (don't want to lose people in pet niches with a football parent domain)

Just make sure your host gives unlimited subs (common nowadays shouldnt be too hard)

I just want to point out, co.cc is a little better, as you are not required to but the "co.nr" button on all of your pages.

it's a big mistake here, there is no clone of co.nr , the script shared as co.nr clone is the original script . Co.nr is using that script a little modified.
