    The design is not bad but that bar that appears at the top of the page saying
    "It appears you have not yet registered..." is very annoying you should remove
    it. I think the text on the page is too large you should make it a little smaller.

    Everything looks ok to me including the header, layout, navigation, use of colors and arrangements. I'm sure with more members it can be a lively forum.
