Need a header logo/banner for my site !

I require a header banner/logo that suits my site's style. Willing to pay 10$ instantly via Paypal and a quality backlink to your site on my site's homepage for 3 months worth 40$.

The site is a Technology/Webmasters forum. Visit Tech555.com ! SEE my site CAREFULLY to understand what I want.

1. Must be professional looking Web 2.0 in PNG format.
2. I would obviously require the source files.
3. The text should contain site's name i.e. TECH555 to be written in font "Showcard Gothic". WHAT I WANT is replacement of the current RED BAR on the header with a new one, something professional and should SUIT my site's theme/skin.
4. No deadlines, no hurry ! Will pick the one I like.

But you see:-

1. It doesn't give me web 2.0 feel
2. doesn't look pro.
3. I think you confused it with a 728x90 AD banner which I certainly don't want.
4. I am looking for a LOGO/HEADER with some graphics and SHOULD SUIT my site.
5. Check out http://www.wetalksports.com/ and see how nice and pro. its header looks. I want something like that RELEVANT to my site.

GUYS !

I am looking for something professional AS A LOGO kind of to put in my site's header that would obviously run sitewide. It has to suit my site's current design and SHOULD NOT look an advertisement banner (as few of you thought so maybe)

The design I had liked the most uptill now is this, but still lacks the right colors. It should be shade of SMOOTH red/white/black gradient just like you see on my site right now. Notice the color of the REGISTER button on my site :-
