    I'd say just a little more than reg fee. Low $xx? Anyhow, I'd hang on to it for a bit if I were you, might gain a bit of value.

    It doesn't sound good or easy to remember to me: too long, a mix of abbreviations (U), words and numbers.
    Nor it is a common phrase.
    This is my uneducated (in domain field) view, do not offend:)
