Bluehost Affiliate program...great?!

I am currently promoting Hostgator through Commission Junction (CJ) and was told by their affiliate consultant that stats will be updated immediately when someone signs up for their hosting through my banner. But I gave away a lead 3 days ago and the stats are not updated at all. The commission is $100 and I know they need to wait 60days before paying. Anyone doing this?


Now back to the topic. After promoting Hostgator, I found Bluehost that pays $65 for each hosting which includes free setup and a domain name!

Now anyone promoting Bluehost here, how are they paying and do they pay?

Which one should I choose - Hostgator VS Bluehost?

well bluehost is gud. Many times hostgator not give payment for refferal and bluehost pay $95 per signup.

There is many more to choose godaddy and startlogic both are gud with high payout

 

I see it is $65 instead of $95 as you said. And in Hostgator the lead have to be active for 60days but in bluehost lead need to be active for 90 days to get paid.

I am more confused than before which one should I choose..

I got bluehost payment for affiliate, it is nice.

 

But your leads have to be active for 90 days right..isn't that risky because you have more chances to lose the commission if your leads stops before the 3 months period?

If the visitors buy the domain through your banner, then your commission will be added immediately and it needs 45 to 60 days to get paid.

 

I promote blue host also through CJ and it only takes 30 days for me to get paid, I guess it depends whether you made the sale in the beginning or the end of the month.
