ctr of 9-10% is pretty high but found on a lot of sites still so I wouldn't worry about that. Google will probably review your site, but if you're not violating TOS to get the clicks you'll be fine. You did a great job for your first month.

CTR of 9% is not too much as long as you make sure that you're following TOS. It's just fine.

That's too good to be true. But I've seen people show 20% CTR legally.

    Is it a forum?

As long as your earnings are legit, you do not have to worry. Not even if your earning for the first month is $2000 :)

Yup, don't worry. You'll be safe as long as your clicks are not done by clickbots. :)

I used to own a site that did 20% CTR and made upwards of $700/month. I asked AdSense to review the site and ensure my ad positioning was fine with them, and they said it was.

If you think you are doing anything that could be considered questionable to get such a high CTR, contact them and ask them if it's OK.

Thank you for your quick response!
90% of my traffic comes from google search but the traffic rate is less and the ad click rate is more. that is the reason i'm worried.

No problem as long as you comply with Adsense policies... that's pretty high on the first month though!

You will be fine, in 4-6 weeks i had a site earning $1k a day and CTR was 10% and there was no problems. Although 95% of the traffic was coming from Google or other Google powered engines, so it was obvious nothing "shady" was going on because they were delivering all the traffic and the site complied.
