Im selling my website that makes $35 - $70 monthly through subscriptions.

where do you get your traffic from? and how much traffic do you have?

The domain is 6 months old. So the traffic comes from Google.

Some scripts are mine that i buyed over time, and ebooks also.

 

How many users do you have?

 

From the start untill now 18-30. average 2-3 members per month without promotion of site..natural

 

well couple of questions:

1- your proof only show's only payment though not clear or direct proof that the payment is linked with this site or not?
2- from how many months you have calculate the average revenue of $70? is this the last months revenue or an average?
3- why are you selling the site while it is making some money without promotion/investment?

I hope will answer with good faith and feel these questions as same

Yes, everything is automatic, you dont have to do nothing.

Just put products and sell them.

After they pay subscribtion, they can login without you to allow them.

hmmm...something fishy here - if they are from subscriptions, why does screenshot not mention subscription? Why only show one payment, others blocked out, no proof that single payment is anything to do with the website, I could very easily setupo a website, make a single payment to it from my other paypal account and make it look more genuine than your screenshot above.....If this is 6 months old and income is $35-70 per month, please provide some sort of historical figures, also as mentioned above if its automated, why sell?

Too many question marks for me fella, you are probably genuine as paradoxically mostly only the scammers tend to provide full info in my experience, but you really need to offer more info if you hope to sell.

 

No alex_lucky, you misunderstood me, I mean, it's automatic, and everything is done for you.

Why are you selling the site?

You claimed it was because you had no time for it, but that's just the thing, you don't NEED time for a site like this.

 

Cancelled means that he paid, has acces to the files for 1 year, but he dosent want to pay for next year, and the money are not lost in your paypal account.

Heh, don't assume I don't have experience, and I already edited my post to thank you for the clarification.

It's still unclear why you want to sell a site that is fully automated because you don't have time for it, as Benji pointed out.

I am interested in purchasing a site, you can check my recent posts, but this one doesn't look right from all angles, I'm staying away from it.
