Lot's of programmers and designers near my home..

Hello guys, I stay in DELHI, INDIA. Near my home there are around 200 private part time institues which teaches you c++,python, graphic desiging etc. The rates are too too CHEAP! The teachers there, who teach are professional experts! They are in this field since decades! They work so much, They do so good work.. But they get pay very very littel.. The maximum they get is like 300$ a month! 300$ a month for a professional programmer or designer is less..I think so..What do you guys think?

 

India's knowledge in the computer industry has been phenomenal & the effects are felt overseas for sure. Even work on DP is outsourced to india very often. The time zones are on our side though

 

$300 per month is very less.But I think they won't work much as $25/hour programmers do.

 

Yeah its very low.
You can take advantage on them by offering some job to them and then take some commission from the job

 

I met a designer today.. He was earning just a 180$ a month and I saw his creations.. they were AWESOME! amazing..

 

I think they should be tought in capitalism it might help them to raise prices and earnings
