Does anyone make alot of sales using PPC?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering how many of you use PPC advertising sucessfully, and get alot of sales from it.

I've used Google Adwords, Microsoft Adcenter, and I've given a couple of others a try...but I haven't had much success.

Any tips?

I made quite a few sales on a single campaign that earned me more than $200 last month. And it was just through one offer that earned me $1.20 for each lead.

 

I would also like to hear about more people's experiences....anyone else?

 

Not me, I know a boss have excellent CTR for the ppc campaign and sell lots of products.

 

If you want to turn PPC traffic into sales , you will need to spend loads of bucks and time also , and btw , dont try any other program than adsense/overture.

Adwords is the best...can earn a lot if
u know the technique..

 

I do alot of leads and back in the day i use to generate alot of sales via adwords. It has always been hit and miss, sometimes I make HUGE profits and sometimes I lose big bucks to.

 

Just revisiting this old thread: does everyone still think AdWords is the best? Also, has anyone else found other good online advertising methods?

I've tried Facebook a few times but didn't get great results.

I'm doing pretty good with Adcenter, but not much success with adwords as the clicks are much more expensive and therefore the ROI is smaller.

 

That's interesting. I've tried AdCenter in the past but didn't have much luck. Maybe I should revisit it though. How can I track the sales I get through AdCenter? Thanks!

 

I have started using Adcenter, bit cheaper than Adwords.

That is good news! It is heartening to know that PPC works for any individual that creates an effective advertising campaign.

 

Guys, do you really benefit from these ads? I`m not quite sure if they are the right solution for any business. And a friend of mine also wanted to make an ad campaign,but I think he didn`t manage to ...

 

You should be creative when designing the PPC campaigns. What I mean is that you would do well to incorporate a keyword or two both in the title and in the description of the ad.

 

Make sure you are using product listing ads for great ROI. I have used other 2nd tier engines that have cheaper cpcs and see even better ROI.
