Is VCCdepot still working?
I sent them an email but they did not reply.

So is it safe to buy the paypal vcc directly? Do they send you the credit card info and expuse directly?

 

Why whould someone verify your PP account?

 

dont you think , paypal will get limited after few days , if you verify your account by a vcc ?

Use epassporte, I have read a myth that paypal is not accepting it. I just tried it few weeks ago and it work. You can link it to your paypal account and get the expuse code as soon as you click verify. The biggest disadvantage using VCC is too risky to buy one and takes a lot of time to get the expuse

if u want ot verify ur pp with a vcc get ready with a id proof and utility bill ur pp will get locked soon .
vcc r good if u want instant deals but they r not permanent solution
