$5 Suggestion contest

I bought a domain which I was going to use for something, but that idea "went cold" so...I need some inspiration.

Here's the contest:

-Suggest what type of website I should make on the domain. I would like something relatively unique and exciting.

The person who gives me the idea I choose, will get $5 directly to their paypal account

Domain is a PR4 domain: Titan Network (.biz)

 

Make a blog. About.... referral, affiliate or something like that..

 

you should make a discussion board about life , money , internet , work ...

You can also make an anime site which hosts all sorts of anime series and Manga collection as well as some adult anime if you like.

OR

You could make a PTC network of sites which gives a great amount of income to its admins.

OR

Create a discussion board on webmaster, life, dating, monay making etc.

OR

You can make a blog entry for all these purposes.

OR

If you are having a product to sell you could create a portal for its purchasing.

OR

You could make a Casino or Arcade site.

I suggest you make a portal, and those will have links to forums[dot]yourdomain[dot]com, blog[dot]yourdomain[dot]com, etc..

The main topic can be SEO...

You should have a membership system separate from the forum because you have the keyword "network" in your domain..

You can also include news, featured members... link directories .etc..

you should also have gold members, these members are ones who donated (include a donation button ) gold these members can have their links in one part of your frontpage..

Try to write about "watches". Although it is a dry niche, I think you can get good number of visitor if you choose this niche because titan is a popular brand of watch. I think you know. "Watches" is also a good niche to make money online. Think it over... You can sell links also after setting up a site...

Titan means a person of exceptional importance and reputation. So why not make a blog on some well known peoples.

 

Here is my suggestion, sorry if my english is bad (i will try my best) :

You don't need to make specific-topic website, make it general with mix-topic, so everyone will like your site. It's good idea to make it niche specific, but it will make your site segmented, not all people can enjoy it. So, make it general and contain many categorized article like :

- My diary
- Business
- Politic
- Computer
- Lifestyle
- Game
- News
- Internet Business
- Picture
- etc...please be creative
- Contest --> yeah...!!!! Contest will make your blog become popular, let's do study case :

About design :
Don't to rich, remember that the most important thing is content, not the design. Maybe you can created very good design, but it will make your site take a long time to generated. Make it simple, so people who have slow internet connection can still access your site comfortably.

About promotion :
- As i said before, you can get many advertise by create a contest ( the winner is 1, you must pay for it, but what you got is many advertiser (other contestant)
- If you have extra budget, play PPC or direct ads
- Digg, stumble, youtube will help

Why not do a site on sports? I believed there are demand for that. Titan can also relate to tennis or any racket sports. Asian Like badminton, European like tennis and so on. You can survey on the popularity. As it is a biz domain, may be u can sells some sport equipments.Just an idea.

I would say a forum. Maybe a technology forum or something. The Titan Network would be a good forum name.
