I walk to the train station for college, and do a few sit ups etc here and there. I go for regular bike rides too, and have done a 33 mile bike ride around towns an countryside. Im doing pretty well for a PC geek.
I've been lazy lately. I need to brush off the Wii Fit and start running again. Stuck in a rut. I do walk the dogs each day, but that's about it for the last few weeks.
Daily 30 minutes walk early in the morning for me. In few minutes i am leaving for my walk No other excercise for me. DON.
Before I got sick 2-3 hours of heavy weight lifting, some walking and limited cardio. Now I'm at maybe 1 1/2 hours of weight lifting. Plan to get back to what i once was though
I go in my bicycle everyday to school which is about 2 kilometers in the morning and in the evening. That's good exercise.
I sit my ass down on my computer all day like a fat, lazy fool! And I used to be a bodybuilder, believe it or not. Not to worry . . . I'll get back to my bodybuilding soon.
I used to walk 3 to 9 miles every other day. Knees where injured in a car accident so I stop. But, i am going to get a tread mill soon. Hopefully this will help me lose the weight i had gain by setting at the computer everday. I do get exercise by going up and down the stairs all day long.
Usually I will just take a brisk walk around the neighborhood whenever I'm have the time. 20-30 minutes a day should do.
I walk everywhere and go jogging at night with a hour on the weights and stretching the reason older people shrink and waste away is cause they get lazy the older you get the more exercise you need the T.V and internet is creating a fat generation
I sit my ass down on my computer all day like a fat, lazy fool! ya i m doing lot of labour work once in month when i recieved my money from internet standing in bank counting more than 3000$ = +120000rs is very difficult task well but in winter season i used to do 500 pushups every day
