    But I'm afraid that google will reject my adsense application, has this happened to anyone?

    The site on my application was a proxy topsite and I got in no fuss. They shouldn't reject you unless you give them a reason to.

    I have never encountered that question, as most people I tell about my proxy don't even assume it is making any money at all.

    Ah..to those who has proxies on subdomains, sorry for rejecting your proxies. I just don't accept subdomains, free domains and embed proxies. :p

    yes they are still open
    Although i can earn more from my own proxies by promoting them
    but using 10gig BDW a day wont let me do that at all
    as i have just 250 gig BDW per each month

    Thanks Casper, I would rep you again however I have to spread some more before I give you more rep. Thanks for the list of countries you block about 10 pages or so back, by implementing this I have increased my adsense ecpm by about $0.80 based on basic testing. However the unique content is not working for me as the ads are not relevant to users and so my CTR has dropped, lowering total revenue.
