Move from phpBB 3 to vBulletin ::

how can i Move my forum from phpBB 3 to vBulletin ?????

They would be lost. You will have to find alternatives provided by vB, but most of them will be lost.

 

i changed my mind i will keep it phpBB 3 it's verry good..now i make a new Gfx to the forum and people like it

 

Okay, up to you. I just visited your forum and realised a major mistake. In the header 'Registre or Login and Have a say !!' ... should be 'Register or Login and Have a say !!'

I think you can use a program called Impex, or Inpex.. That moves the database or converts it to vB.
