Keyword tracker tool down?

Is it not working for anyone else? It won't check any of my keywords and then when I try to check an individual keywords a bunch of errors pop up. Anyone else?

 

I try to update but it is not work. I look like that there have some problem with 'Query Thread'

It's frozen up for me and hasn't worked all day.

Still having the same problem myself. I am guessing everyone is.

Shawn probably hasn't seen anything for weeks, so don't expect a response.

 

It worked for a bit this morning, but now isn't working again. Who broke it? Someone fess up!

Anyone know of any good alternatives? I just made a ton of onsite changes and would like to track the progress of a handful of keywords.

Keyword tracking is still not working. Backlink tracking updates correctly, though.

 

I know DP has the best Keyword tracker tool.

However meanwhile, you may try

Hasn't worked for me in 2 or 3 days either.

 

Same here, it just shows the query running page forever - be great to have it back!

 

As stated above, I'm getting the backlink report too - just not the keyword ranks - query goes on forever.

Any mods around? Someway to "ping" Shawn and let him know or get a status update?
