I have seen quite a damage to my adsense earnings. It is far less than normal. About 800 per cent decrease, can you believe? Is it in any way related to the economic depression of the US? I think so. What do you guys think?
You cannot have more than a 100% decrease, 100% meaning you have reached 0. September has been terrible for me. October doesn't look that better so far.
No decline, was going steadily up for most of 2008 and then a sharp upswing starting, ironically, when the economic situation broke. I'm still trying to figure it out but it has been going on long enough now that it is looking like it may not be a fluke. The only thing I can attribute the change to is ePC. I was expecting it to drop at the start of the month, thinking it may have been a end-of-month blowout of funds by advertisers but it has continued into Oct.
I have found quite a decrease. My clicks got actually increased, about 30 per cent more or so. But the earnings have quite reduced. Can't we just have a little exaggeration? What happens if you were earning like 300 dollars daily and on a fine day all that was reduced to just 10 dollars with equal number of clicks (now more actually)? That's what happened to me. It is like going to negative to me. That's why the exaggeration. Not because I don't know basic math! (The numbers are different.)
You actually can have more than a 100% decrease, but I won't get into that. As for my earnings, my PPC has improved over the month of September and also beginning of October. My earnings have tripled under the same amount of impressions. Happy days!
