Free ShortURL/Redirect Script?

    Do you guys know a free or cheap shorturl script? I tried zeak but I hate frames. I want it that every time I click on the converted link, it will show a page like "Your page will be redirected in 10 seconds" then there's a countdown. If the countdown reaches zero, it will redirect to the page where I want it to go? Do you guys know a script similar to this? thanks...

    You can try my site: http://oxyz.info - a small URL creator

    It directly redirects, but you can change to let user wait in some seconds (meta refresh or js - so simple).
