My 2 Websites mycommentcodes.com and skize.com Daily 3000 Visitor Visit in one website but My Ranking Not any Improve. My Website PR is Also Good Home Page PR is 4 and All Pages PR 2 or 3.

Please Give Any Good and Effective SEO Tips So I Have Improve My Ranking.
