Guys i really apologize for the delay and miscommunication. I should have informed everyone that we have a religious festival tomorrow(Eid) I thought i could manage it all but i underestimated everything and with my cousins marriage tonight it went really out of hands. It was my own fault, i should have scheduled it from Thursday instead of starting it today.

However i did manage to spend some time with group A but not everyone could join us due to VERY late response from my side. I apologize for it again and i can assure you that it will not happen again, but if someone was put off from this miscommunication and would like a refund please ask for it and i will issue a no questions asked refund.

Now here is what i am going to do...

I am going to spend next hour emailing everyone chat logs for session of group A. I will also include some details on how i plan on organizing it from now on and will ask for your input. Due to a busy day tomorrow i probably wont be able to get online so wont be able to answer any questions but if you have any questions which you will after reading the first session you can email it to me.

Actually the best idea would be to just start over on thursday. I will still send everyone chat logs but hold on to your questions and i will be available all day on thursday and to make up for my misscommunication and delay i am willing to do one-on-one coaching on basis of need after the sessions. My full day will be dedicated to my clients.

I will dedicate 12 hours thursday starting after first session which starts at 2:30pm (Group A)
I will dedicate for 4 hours on friday
I will dedicate 12 hours on Saturday
I will dedicate 6 hours on Sunday

I hope that will make up and will help everyone a lot since you will be able to chat with me one-on-one.

So we are starting on Thursday on same schedule that i posted and with help of LOT of extra hours within 3 days we should be able to cover pretty much everything and get started for sure by the end of the week

For all those who applied and havent heard back from me so far. Please be patient i will get back to EVERYONE by thursday.

I'd sent the payment a couple of days back and selected Group B, still waiting to get a confirmation from you.

 

jaree, i guess that you will be overloading yourself as the eid is tomorrow i.e Thursday i suggest you to start everything all over from Saturday (if you post in people will understand) take a break.. organize everything (adding new peoples to their respective groups ..etc including me i am waiting for your confirmation don't worry i can understand your situation and i m patient enough! )
one more suggestion would be start a private forum and give access to each members group wise.... trust me this will save your time a lot, instead of sending chat/logs to everyone just post on thread and respective members will have access to them also with this group members will help each other .i.e you ll not need to answer repeated question to each member and everything will be on records..
anyways this is just my suggestion if you don't mind as i can feel you are all alone doing this

IMPORTANT: I sent an email to everyone who sent me the payments. I sent email on the email address that you sent payment from (Your paypal email address) I will be using the same email address for further communication. IF you would like to change the email, please reply back to original email and request me to update your email address. Please put this in subject line if you want to update your information "Email change request" so i can go in and do it asap. If you dont have access to the paypal email and i am not sure why you wouldnt then PM me and request me to change your email and send you an email again. We did discuss the forum idea in session with group A and most people didnt like the idea so i cant go ahead with that. I know it will save me time but my clients want it other way so whatever works best for them. Dont worry about me, i ll take care of it... I need to adjust my schedule and put some extra hours a day in this until everything is explained which i am ready to do.

I've just stumbled with this thread, and it looks quite promising.

I've read most of the posts, but I have a few doubts. Sorry if this has been asked before, I think it hasn't.

1) Let's imagine the worst case scenario, and suppose I don't make any money. Do I still have to pay you the $5000?
2) I don't have $1000 to invest right now, $500 or less. Do we have to send the $1000 to you or you will tell us how to spend that money?
3) I'd like to know what type of work would imply the 6-8 hours (if you don't have the money). Will it depend of each one skills? I mean, I have good web developer/design skills, can that reduce the amount of time to be spent?
4) Can I still signup?

Hope I'm beeing clear with my questions.

I think he already said he has 30 members now and those who were not choosen will be sent a mail on or before thursday as why you are not selected..and what things you lacked to qualify...i am one of the 30 and after seeing the first session , i am confident that he can handle more than 30

I dont know why you cannot follow the directions, read and just be patient. My first priority is to set up stuff for the clients that i already have and offer them best support rather than signing up new people however that doesnt mean i am not doing it. I am still accepting new people but i have NOT replied to anyone because i have not gotten a chance yet.

I made it very clear and posted this several times that i will get back to everyone. There is no point of jumping to conclusions that i cant handle 30 people and keep on posting here, thats not going to help you get accepted early. If you do get accepted thats only when i look at all new applications.

If you are so disappointed then you dont have to get in, if you dont like it.

Attitude like this where you are jumping to conclusions and saying that i cant handle 30 people is not going to help you get accepted. Better idea would be to just follow the directions, which are that email me the info and if you already have then simply wait for your turn and you will hear back with a final decision if you are accepted or not. I dont think its very hard to do that, is it?
