Google.com DOWN?

Hi All,
Today morning at 9:00 AM(IST) i was unable to open Google.com whereas I am able to open google.co.in!! I am just wondering if Google.com is down.. I have also attached the screen shot of PING.

Is it the same for everyone?

Your ISP must be having some problems.

 

I don't think so, it could have been just a bad connection or server issue...

 

I guess your connection is down...

 

Now it is pinging.. 5 minutes back it was DOWN i think.. ping wont be wrong right??

 

Google and its counterpart websites are going through updates. So it appears to be a bit offline !

 

ping just tells if "you" can access google.com on your ISP.
Use remote ping service like just-ping.com
Edit : http://just-ping.com/index.php?vh=google.com&s=ping!
Not accessible in China and Singapore right now according to it.

 

most likely its your ISP and not google

That's just impossible. Probably an issue with your isp

well, it might be lagging
but my analytics do not update everyday well in past 2 months.

 

Are you serious? Are you out of your mind? In case you ever have a moment of madness like this again, instead of asking if the whole internet is broken (which you effectively did), you should first use this site: Down For Everyone or Just Me?

There wasn't an issue.
Even at the same time i was surfing web with Google.
Check your Internet Connection next time.

 

i think your International uplink is down.. i believe India has a pipe around gulf of india... but most probably *.*.in sites are still up coz you still have local loop.
