    advertise in your sig here

ask for it to be reviewed by reviewing programs (a lot, google them)

    talk about it somewhere

advertise using any advertising systems (adsense recommended)

Thats good price for the specs you mentioned. You certainly wanna promote on different webmaster forums. But your starting point should be having some clients locally and build the trust first. I personally would not like to have a big server from some less-known company.

Advertise your signature on various webmaster/hosting Forums. Comment in some blogs. You should start to see differences soon.

So how many server you have?
You need at least 10 dedicated server to start off,coz to not let customer wait while you order another one server
You can promote it at DP and buying some good review at some webhosting review site

Do a market research and come up with good business plan, optimize your site for organic listing. I think reseller hosting is good to start over to understand hosting market first before you plan to sell dedicated servers.

You could set up an affiliate program, that way other people will advertise your site for you too!

    Here are a few idea's
    Newspaper adverts in the UK.
    Telemarketing to uk business's.
Paid advertiseing posts on business related sites.
Banners advertisements on other hosting sites that dont sell servers for a comission cut(plus month fee).

    Hope this has helped you.

    Many Thanks.
