    Hi,

    You will need to remove any superusers besides root. I believe WHM has a feature that should display the users under "wheel group users"

    Hmm this isn't right , your servers seems hacked if you have any account with UID 0 beside root.
    even the wheel group won't have UID 0 , you better check security of your server.

    Did you add any superuser before?

    if you did not add any, your server really need to be audit. A possible hack could have been made without you notice it.
