ipb problem index page keeps refreshing

Oh I see, tiny.cc is just the url service you are using?

warezit.co.uk is in an infinite redirect loop which is most likely because of problems in your .htaccess file. Are you using mod_rewrite?

If its refreshing to a warez site then no doubt your site is illegal software, asking here for someone to help you on a nulled script isn't the smartest move in the world.
