WTB| Cheap VPS with 10mb unmeterd.

    Hello,
    I need VPS with 10mb unmeterd, and at least 100GB hosting.
    I want to check the speed for my country before I buy.
    In the VPS I only want to store files, not make websites.

    Which type of files? Do you need a control panel? Is a 10mb shared enough or does it have to be dedicated?

    I need upload tv shows, to streaming in Media player in my site.
    The files in avi extension, and some of them large 500MB+.
    10mb is the traffic.

    HostingProvider, I don't need Control panel.

    You need offshore hosting to do that... so not so "cheap" anymore while using 100GB disk space.

    You also can get dedicated servers at netherlands, starting at around $190-$200/mo.
