Hi, I'm currently running a network of proxies, but really need to start driving some traffic and getting some income from them. I'm guessing that advertising techniques for proxies will be different to normal sites because you're aiming for a younger audience (teenagers). I'm currently using Myspace Bulletins and a couple of free sites, and will have a budget of around $20 to spend. Any suggestions? Thanks, Simon
Well, I'm sure I can find a little bit more, but I doubt it'll be more than $30. Are Myspace Bulletins a good way, as the standard age of a Myspace user is surely my target audience? Would Youtube marketing be good? Or just a waste of time?
Well, I've only advertised them with one person so far, and they had around 150000 friends, so in my opinion it was money well spent as I've already noticed an increase in page impressions and revenue...
yahoo and google groups in forums with forum signature Hire forum posters and spam some high traffic forums spam yahoo answers submit to 50 top sites and put reciprocal links on your site ( who cares if your proxy site is slow?). forget about the spam part. rest are ok I guess.
