all i can say right now, i just started running offers last nite, and am at anywhere from 33-100% click to conversion. but most that have been subbed in to me were approved immediately. i already love this network

 

just noticed that the TOS say net 60, but you said you are net 30, correct?

They do accept incent, I'm not sure about non US though. I just got paid from them today, going to post proof soon. Check out the link in my sig for a great review on Lead Expose. I will also post the proof of the check there soon.
