I have a site that I maintain daily. Last week, we had a high PR and statistics, but it declines this week. What is probably the cause of such? I do squidoo lenses, blogging, blog commenting, and surprisingly, we have declined out stats? I was really wondering why is this happening. can somebody advise me what to do and how can I regain my stats? Thanks in advance.
What stats are declining? Is it just your Google PR? Or are your search rankings dropping? All of the strategies you mentioned are good ones, but perhaps you are not doing them effectively. For example, your forum signature would probably be more effective if it were 2 or 3 words, instead of 16 words. With that many words, each keyword is being dilluted.

ya, work on backlinks... but google recently made some changes to their page rank systems. is it your page rank that declined or your visitors daily?
Traffic is much more important than PR. So don't worry about it much. If you want your PR to go back up, you'll simply need more backlinks from other pages that have PR.
No need to worry then, Just enjoy the visitors because somehow, the last time I had checked, Google don't pay for high PR (TLA does but that's a different story)
May be you lost some temporary links... Check your analytics and see whether there is a difference in traffic sent by Google... If so, there is something to worry...
