They should have like prostitution licenses, if your hairdresser, accountant, and cab driver shows a license or certification paperwork why not a prostitute? They would have to pass a STD test or something and have a code of ethics, so whats wrong with that?
You have to bare in mind that whilst some aspects of prostitution are illegal some aren't. The law itself can be manipulated in many ways but in my own mind it is your morality which should be clear.
Where I live prostitution is legal, but you honestly rarely notice it, as the laws you have to make your prostitution activities hidden or not noticeable from the community and must pay tax and register like a normal business and have regular health checks. And these people who become a prostitute choose to be one, for various reasons, not taking women from other countries to become prostitutes (though there are a few cases of forced prostitution, but that's highly unlikely, because of the constant investigations into weeding out illegal brothels who aren't registered). Prostitution legal in the US? I'm against it, since I don't like the profession and it's a rather disrespectful career, but I accept it, because it would always be ingrained in every human civilisation.
I am all for prostitution being legal. Men and women of age have every right to do as they wish with their bodies so long as they are not hurting any one. Naturally there would need to be some sort of oversight and medical regulations involved to keep everyone safe, but other than that, there is no harm in it.
It should be legalized. That will reduced the number of crimes made by perverts and others pedophiles tremendously...
Prostitution can be a way to stop sexual harrasment in the workplace. Bosses can hire prostitues as their secretaries or administrative assistants. Bill Clinton wouldn't have been impeached if he hired prostitutes as interns. How about hiring hookers as a bonus for your employees when then need to work late or have done a good job?
