Yes' I'm preparing for the upcoming Christmas, Because this is my first Christmas that I have a job. I'm planning to have a nice gift to my parents and to my Girl but I don't have any Idea yet.
Christmas is my favorite holiday and I think it's a time to celebrate the birth of Christ it shouldn't be about giving and receiving presents.
This is my favorite day because Jesus came to this world on this wonderful day. More over I have prepared a lot to offer gifts to the orphanage children on this occasion.
DP should do a secret santa this year my wife, bless her heart, takes care of all of that! Our family is pretty smart though, we tell each other exactly what we want (or a few choices). That way no one ends up with a Goose gravy boat and ladle
I do that too.... I make sure everyone has a long list of birthday/Christmas ideas. As a matter of fact, my birthday is coming up in about a month. If any one needs gift ideas let me know and I can PM you a list!
I always ask for cash: cold hard or in the form of a check! I need the gift ideas and cash to fund those ideas
isn't Christmas misreble. It's so commersialised (sp?) and it's for nobody but children. Also there is a huge run up to it and on the day it's not worth it at all.
it depends how you look at it. you can buy into all the commercial BS or focus on the true meaning....you know! JC's birthday!!
I don't think about Christmas until the end of November. Usually Christmas for my family is presents and something really yummy made on Christmas Day as a family. I like it as a relaxing holiday, but it gets very hot sometimes at Christmas.
Well I have already gone and ordered my wife and eldest sons two big presents for Christmas. I like to get my shopping done early so that I don't have to worry about it so much when Christmas rolls around. My kid is easy, all he wants are books and video games, but the wife is much harder to shop for.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE! Wait a sec. . . . It's still only October, dude. Why are people talking about Christmas already?
83 days until Christmas!! And with the days seeming to go faster and faster, Christmas will be here before you realize it. Be prepared!!!!
By the Christmas Countdown Clock, as of right now you have only 12 days, 7 hours and about 44 minutes to get everything done! My wife and I finished out all of our Christmas shopping earlier this week. Now all the grandkids will be happy!
