I am new to adsense and have not earned a single $ from adsense. I have started http://know-womens.blogspot.com/ this blog. I have been doing regular posting.

Help me to improve traffic and ad placements.

i think you should imporove your blog design, load of blogger templates are available use them...and make it more attractive to ur visitors.
then when ever u post new content, regularly do social bookmarking for them.
Develope some links from other sites to get better SERps.

first build a lot of contents, then go for promotions.

after these, you would like to go with some promotions and seo, which is a lot more detailed thing. first build your blog properly.

oh, and for newbies, etrecard.com can give you some reasonable traffic.

 

You really have to ask yourself what you can provide your visitor that someone else can not.

Somebody has to read your blog in order for you to make money.

So you need to know why they would do that, then you need to create a plan to get them in front of your blog.

And Blogger may not be the best platform to do that.

Start promoting your site. Bring traffic to your site.

If you want, you can buy your own domain from namecheap or Godaddy and get some hosting space. Use Wordpress, to blog about your women.

 

Dont blog for the $.. blog for the passion of blogging. The payout will come naturally after that.

I like this answer. The overal layout of the page needs improvement, but you may manage if you have good quality articles.

 

get some back links, have a good template, create a huge unique content and also change ads color (make it similar to your site colors).
