Do You Refund the Rejected Bids?

    Had I not asked this question, I would probably have invited trouble :p

    No. You are paying for our review time, not a link. That said, the review costs money, whether the directory is rejected or not. I generally do not reject based on wrong category, etc... I will just move the site to the appropriate category and approve it assuming my other criteria is met.

    The ones that are rejected are not flat out rejected. The submitter is given the opportunity to correct whatever problem there might be and can re-submit at no charge.

    Not if you can prove they had to agree to the TOS before submitting (which they did if you use phpLB)
