i have not used it personally but if it delivers what it says it would be good tool to help beginners in implementing adsense section targeting.

 

Both the techniques you mentioned actually work. I already did both section targeting and adding the irrelevant ads in competitor ad filter.

 

at least its not one of those common tips that everyone knows already, good job specially on the comp ad filter tip
