I uploded the WordPress.com Stats plug...
I want to plug it but it says (The WordPress.com Stats Plug in is not working because it needs to be linked to a WordPress.com account.

Enter your WordPress.com API key to link this blog to your WordPress.com account. Be sure to use your own API key! Using any other key will lock you out of your stats. (Get your key here.)

can some show me how to avoid it or get my key lol kudos given greenies

 

Signup for a wordpress.com account. They will send the API key in the confirmation email.

Yeah, I'd be interested too. Never heard of someone being banned by wordpress.....

Well, if all you want is an API key you don't need a blog. Select the account-only-please option and continue with the registration process

 

API is required for many plug-ins u use in the future, most importantly akismet.

I think you are experiencing the DNS issue or something..

try closing all browsers and flush your dns

in cmd

type

ipconfig /flushdns

and clear ur cache.. it should work now

 

signup for a free wordpress blog and u will get ur API key there. as u r having prob in creating ac, what about if i will create one for u and i will use ur e-mail address so u can login into wp dashboard for getting API key.

Yes i can do it for u just drop ur e-mail address for registering wordpress free blog, then u will receive e-mail at ur address i just need wp login info and ur blog info for entering API key. pm me.
