Wait... why should it be banned? It only has 3 ads, and a search?

I think he meant getting banned for the image (I'm not sure if this is his point).

There are images around the ads, which is against Google's TOS.

They will get what they deserve... Worry about what you do and what you provide.

I don't think they will get banned this enough black space between the images and the adds.

I would imagine that it is difficult for google to review thousands of websites everyday. If everybody were to report them, they would be banned in no time...

It is bidvertiser ads, but if they were adsense ads, I don't see why it would be banned. Many sites use images around their ads and some adsense gurus recommend it. Any other opinions what the fate of this site would be if it were adsense? I say it would not be banned.

um. I dont see anything wrong with this site. There are plenty of major brand sites that do all kinds of crazy stuff with there ads. Nobody in this room can say they havent accidentally clicked on an ad before because you thought it was part of the content of the site. Are we really going to split hairs with this site here. Come on does google really have us that brainwashed where we are going to report someone because their ads are a couple inches to close to a picture. If that is the case I can give everyone on this board a list of 10 A list websites that do the same exact thing. Go on and report them, then report http://structureall.freehostia.com/... I can bet dollars to doughnuts that the A-list sites will stay exactly where they are at but google will ban http://structureall.freehostia.com/ really quick... Do we really want t do that to a fellow struggling webmaster. I really wish people would stop acting like crabs in a barel and open their eyes. The rich get richer the poor get poorer and with the help of a few people who cant see that, they make google's job that much easier.

I read that if your site gets enough traffic that Google doesn't mind putting an image beside a Google ad.
