When I sign up on adsense, do I need to give them my bank number? Also, How can they check if im over 18? Also, am i allowed to change my name credentials.
Nope, you do not need to provide any banking informations at the time of signup. You can change your Payee Name or Address, but thats under some special circumstances.
No Bank Account or Details! required during signups infact you can enter after creation of your account only in case of Bank Transfer etc. Also you must be atleast 18 to recieve your payments!

Signing up for AdSense is not like signing up for a free email address. Here you are signing a business contract, which you are not legally allowed to do and also do it on false pretenses. Meaning, the contract will be void and will be canceled, once Google finds out. In case they do, they'll likely never allow you to sign up again. My advice would be to ask your father to open up an account in his name from the beginning. Once you turn 18, sign up yourself and replace the banners on your website. However, I'd recommend that you read the AdSense TOS carefully in order to not get you or your father banned.
Its against adsense to use it if you are not 18+ and still if you think you are that much good that being 13 is quite enough for you then you can use you dad's payee name as well as bank account too but bank details are not required at the time of signup .. Changing payee name afterwards is little bit time consuming and it can make them think too that why are you doing it so you have to give a solid reason for that
