    I think its manual adjustment on some...

    Sleek regained a PR2 (after 1 year) and a few others are now PR3s from the last few updates so ... whatever

    Nobody can tell anything on this. And even i would personally advise you to stop focusing on PR and make focus on link building.

    Has anyone else noticed that authoritydirectory.com is down to PR0 ?? anybody knows why ?? Its scary that an established directory like that was penalized by Google
    Its probably just a page rank penalty but its still not a good sign

    have you submitted to web directories or link building for your site?
    and have you updated new/fresh content for your site?

    @danger9918, who know? Call Google and ask why? PR is important but it's not anything.

    Makes no difference as sooner or later it will come back :)

    Many directories get penalized or de-indexed only to come back 1-2 years later ;)

    As for the PR.... Im sure many are thankful for the free gifts (PR) but it wont make or break
    any directory or its owner unless they are weak minded and lust for PR :eek:

    But my PR for directories have been stucked for an year like that despite of massive promotion and link building i did for it within the last 6 months

    Looks like I need to move onto a new server for getting some PR love from Google:(

    Most excellent!

    Is anyone else noticing that some directories are getting PR on categories/inner pages? I have 1 that picked up some PR on a few categories, and I've seen at least one other get some PR on categories.

    Perhaps a rethink by google, or a relaxing of its hardline stance?
