Is it really advisable to buy a blogspot blog? I think it is against TOS of blogspot...

Its associated with one`s Gmail/Google account..

You can neither Transfer/Sell any blogspot blog to another Google account.
even if its done,all accounts have to be transferred/Sold which is clearly a TOS violation
