I realise that manual directory submission is the best but I'm thinking about using Fast Directory Submitter to save some time. The only thing is that I'm worries that it will submit to directories that will have an adverse effect on my site. Does anyone use this piece of software and if so is it any good? Thanks!
HI I have not tried that submitter... but I think you can submit to more then 200 directories per day as not every directory will approve your site the same day and some will not even approve your site and then it may take a few weeks for the SE to find your link on the directories.. There are also many directory submitters on the market.. do a search in google for the term directory submitter to see them all.. Tom
Is it likely that my site might get submitted to a "bad" site. If so, will Google penalise me for this. I'm quite new to SEO so please bare with me!
I would not recommend you to use any dir. submission software, if you want to save time then go with autofillers like roboform, or hire some professional for the task.
Fast Directory Submitter looks pretty cool (have not used it). Thanks for sharing as I had not seen this one before. I have always used SubmitEaze and loved it.
Even with robotsform and tools ,it take too much time to submit. And your site may be not reviewed by the directory owner.
Absolutely false, i had made lacs of submissions in the past with that tool and my clients are happy with my job.
Don't know about your particular software but submitting too fast don't think would be a problem since google won't discover all your links on the same day.
Hello, I hear more and more people say that directory submissions no longer help. That Google mostly ignores links from most directories now. What are people's experience with that? I would like to think that's wrong. Steve
Why do people say not to use semi auto directory submitters.. they work just like robo form... you still need to select the category you are submitting to or at least check all the info is correct if the software selects the category for you.... you still have to press the submit button manually before your site is submitted. But what they do is make the job a lot faster for you and you also get a lot of new directories updated in the software each month from the person selling the software.... If the directory submitter is fully automatic then you may need to be worried about spamming the directories you are submitting to.... Thx Tom
According to me, You can submit in directories as much as you can per day, it will not hurt you because every directories will approve your links according to his review time. If bye chance you submit your link to bad directories then no prob because SEs will ignore that types of links. If backlinks from bad neighbor can hurt your site ranking and quality then i will do free submission of my competitor to bad (who has not good reputation in SEs view) directories. But in last only one but important things about directory submission is you should do or choose always manual submission because through this you can increase your approval chances to directories. If you have not time then you can hire any professional manual submission provider. And for manual proof you can ask to him for submission screen shot. Thanks
I feel like RoboForm is the best tool you got to fast directory submission If you are not ready to do the manual work, then I will suggest you to explore some BST as I feel its a better way to get fully SEO submissions a at a low price
I have not personally used this submitter, but I have heard good reviews about it. You should try it and if it doesn't suit you well, you can find others right here!!
