    It seem the error message is not complete .

    Actually I am working on joomla and i did change in config.inc.php

    >> i just mention the password: mypaswd

    and then this eror comes out

    I AM using wamp for this and i have retstarted the Server also.but could not reach to correct it

    Check the privileges of mysql user you are trying to connect to your database. Make sure you give access to localhost for the user.
