i think no. as long as your optimized keywords are strongly placed. or said by lovethemarkets, it depends on your competition.

 

Homepage only went up to PR1, but I have a few posts that are PR3 and PR4

 

Qdoos went from PR3 to PR5 which was nice and some of my other forums went to PR4 so a good update for me

I had the misfortune of moving servers 3 times within 6 months last year. On the 3rd time my PR for every site that I had moved dropped. I don't think it affects you if its an average number of moves, say 1 or two a year (I'm guessing!) but an abnormal amount and I do think Google penalizes you.

This is only my opinion BTW!!

 

all my PR 3 sites went up to PR 4 im fucking pumped im about to sell mass links!!

 

I had some -1 pr moves but no change in ranking or correlation to toolbar pr. I have some pr0 sites ranking well.

That's one of the top reasons people are concerned about pr. Don't go overboard especially with unrelated links and you can make some money.

 

I dont think it will make a difference, serps has nothing to do with what server the site is on

I have site moviesforfree.tv which i started on 19th july it got pr 0 within 10 days and today when i check pr its pr1 with moviesforfree.tv and pr2 www.moviesforfree.tv !

I m not getting this, my site is pr 1 or 2 ?

No Sir, Changing Server and Hosting IP will not affect your PR or SERP.

It is up to your business decision and Google will not put any restriction on it.

 

I am thinking that keyphrase gets one search per day, probably from you.

You need to redirect www to non www or redirect non www to www.

Both the www and non www version of your site are indexed in Google. This can create duplicate content issues as well as diluting your PR.

What this means is a PR1 site can be listed on page number 1 for keywords in google over a PR5 6 7 what ever.
I have seen this lots of times.

 

Maybe you have lost some backlink, or the links you already have dropped in PR?
Build more quality links and you PR will follow on the next update
