low traffic I am suffering from it so badly although it is 3 months now

You have to do proper SEO in order to get traffic. Add content in your site and build some backlinks. This will help to improve SERPs.

 

Don't forget to add a page "privacy-policy", Adsense TOS require it since a few months.

My only way of getting traffic now (very low also) is by posting google and yahoo groups about a specific writings on my blog.
By that I am forced to Post same post to about 40 Y and G groups at once 0_o
then will google consider this posts as a back links ?
Or, it will be considered as a spam ??

Am I have to remove adsense until I obtain good traffic
