On the last PR update mine didn't come until a few days after everyone else's did. So I will wait and report back soon

 

same me. i just create my blogger one month ago, and not to update for long time but my pr increase from 0 to 2. I don't know why but it's ok for me

at kanda- no idea, I never submitted to those free directory things, instea I just tried to get links lol, I did nothing in particular, and hopefully some links are natural from content. What I did do was quite a lot of sitewide link exchanges, which I hope was successful lol

PR has nothing to do with rankings. A PR1 site can beat a PR5 site. Keep working on your site!

and my other pages like forums is 3

and after google updates they drop my all my site pages to 0 !!

I want to move from shared hosing to a virtual dedicated server. Will this affect my google ranking?

 

It's difficult to determine why this happened, sometimes a websites pr fluctuates
from one pr update to the other, this may have also happened if you built too many
backlinks too soon for a new site.

 

well it wasn't like i purposely sold text-link ads. a bunch of people do it and they have pageranks of 5.

 

i m very happy as my pr also increased from 2 to 3

 

The pagerank is still fluctuating...
I guess it will take few more days to become stable

 

I think this time Google is generous enough to give PRs in bulk. Even my directory jumped from 0 to 4

 

First thing that I notice is that it takes ages to load your site.

Besides this, did you do anything Google doesn´t like? Linkselling or anything like that?

EDIT: noticed you promote downloading of pirated movies. In that case, its only morally justified your site does not deserve any rankings. Nevertheless, Google did not penalize you on piracy but still.....

 

Yep! PR doesn't have to do anything with rankings. As for going to the top for your keyword, try to analyze the backlinks of your competitors. Add unique content and keep building links slowly. It can take some time to see the result.

Also, if the site above yours is very old site then don't get disappointed when you don't make any improvement in ranking. Patience is the key! Keep working on content and links.

I used to care about pr but do not worry about it much anymore. People put to much emphasis into it. If you have traffic don't worry about pr.

I wouldn't care to much about pagerank, care moer about incomming traffic, and how to "treat" that traffic the right way to optimize my earnings.
