Received a Buggy Software which is NOT working

have you ever worked with Profile Manager Premium? It's written in Perl. here's the site please let me know if you can work with this program. there is a free version you can work with.

 

I think I should inform people of my experience with sajidshabbir so far.

Overall I am NOT impressed with what service has been provided. In fact, it has been ridiculous.

I put in my order for a PHP programmer on the 27th of August after seeing this topic and being highly impressed with what was being offered. I was wary about paying the full amount upfront but he provided me with portfolio links and I also saw he did have 12 itrader and therefore decided to go ahead with it - a mistake, it turns out.

I was told the programmer would be provided within 6 days. After about 8 days the programmer apparently started (he did not start after 6 days due to a number of small trivial issues which may have been partly my fault, or just miscommunications) yet I saw no log on my server of the programmer ever having accessed the server.

After a number of days (and having to explain that SFTP is NOT the same as FTP) I finally saw access to my server with the information provided to the programmer. The programmer completed a small bug fix I asked for - this is the only thing I have seen completed from them in the last month.

I had emailed a whole list of work for the programmer to work on and the only communication back to me has been vague questions which were all answered in the original emails I had sent. Such as 'I am visit the site but i did not find that game in all site. you give me banner of two games i want to ask where is game link' when I had explained clearly that the feature to be programmed was new and therefore would obviously not have a file already on the server! Just to ask this question took 2 days from the date I originally sent the email with my requests!

So as you can see, it's now been nearly a month and the programmer which was meant to be working for me 8 hours a day has done nothing except delete a HTML table.

Anyway, overall my experience has not been positive and I've requested a full refund from sajidshabbir and 2checkout.com has also said they will contact him with a refund request too.

Thought I should warn people who are looking at this and hoping for a good deal - it really isn't!

Oh and on another note - if you can provide a better quality of outsourcing to me, would love to hear from you!

 

The issue has been resolved with sajidshabbir. A refund has been issued to me which I hope to receive shortly. He has also explained the reasons for the lack of work completion to me.

 

Well great to hear you got your money back considering that they don't have refund policy. I would love to hire some programmers to work for me but after talking to Sajidshabbir I could refrain my self from doing business with him. Not bashing Sajidshabbir or anything but just follow my instinct which was a good call.
