PR is just a number, I do not see why people still get excited when a PR update happens. Does it have an effect on your SERP's...no it doesn't. Less worrying about a sites PR and more worrying about having quality content and gaining backlinks.
one site PR 2 to 3 , 1 site the same = pr 2, another decreased from 3 to 1. another same - No reason to be happy?
PR means nothing mine has dropped from a 3 to a 2, but my serps have dramatically improved since the last update.
