I am going to create a list of people who want to make money on internet..any idea?

Hi everyone, I am going to create another list of people that want to learn and make money on the internet. What they will get :

* Top money making programs!
* Tips and tricks to make more money from these money making programs!
* Free top money making ebooks!
* Free softwares that will help you to make more money!
* Free coaching on ways to make money on Internet!
....and many more!

The softwares and ebooks are the ones that I bought and very useful for making money on the internet. I have also created an autoresponder page for the list.. http://www.autoresponderpro.net/radish/

I need ideas how to get people to join them and get the list to grow. I am looking for a partner that have experience in this, and will share the income generated by the list 50-50. Anyone interested to join me and build this list?

I am aiming for 10,000 members. Currently I have one list with 12,000 members but the list I bought instead of building it from ground zero.
