of course, there are web based free mass mailer.. but those .exe files that runs on windows, i doubt. all of them that i've tried are commercial. if you want a copy of it, PM me. lol
where are you getting the 1000 email addys from a day do you have a database? i sent 70 thousand emails out a few months back boosting my site bk 100s of hits per day
