Well first you need to find out which have more competitive and search able I think your local targeting aria is India then go here google.co.in and find out which one is more beneficial for you in that case you can also take help from keyword researching tools
The problem is i don't know how to find which one is more beneficial for me and my targeting area is not only india.

u can use word tracker, good keywords, digital point's keyword tool (us only), google adword's keyword tool (best choice), seo-digger (my favorite)....apart from these try any other as well but just remember if your site is new always choose less competitive keywords. Happy marketing !!

when u search for single word keyword in google for example "seo" u get "269,000,000 results" that means 269,000,000 sites are fighting to get into top 10 or top 20 results, however when u try a three or four words phrase or keyword like "search engine optimization india" u get 391,000 results that means the keyword "seo" is more competitive as compared to "search engine optimization india", however u have to find much more less competitive keywords than "search engine optimization india"........google always prefer the old sites over new sites therefore u should have a better planned keyword selection campaign.
