New website search many backlink

Hi,

I just finish my new website and i search to do many backlink : http://www.tigerbalm.org

What I need to do for create free and many backlink ?
How many Link, can i do every day, if I don't want to see sandbox effect ?

I know, may be is simple for you but not for me
