Dear all, With deep sorrow, I would like to know my website http://www.eicrasoft.com BL has been increased 86 to 222. I expected my PR 4 to be increase for PR 05because all of the BL are from quality link. Today I have checked that, my PR remain 04, no update is made while my competitor's PR has been increased for 05 with 40 (-) BL only. I have checked "Dig pagerank" it shows N/A and OFF etc… With broken heart, may I know has PR update been finished? Is there any chance to see higher PR to my website? Regards Nazrul Eicra Soft Ltd
Possibly because the PR snapshot was before you got some of these backlinks. Or possibly Google does not believe they are good enough to give you a boost. If you saw a drop in PR, then assume the update is finished. You have about three more months to work on your SERPS and PR. Good luck...
Update will be continue for 3 or 4 days. So don't worry about that. May be tomorrow ur pr will be updated
I don't think there Google Update will affect any more since the Update is OVer. Lets prepare for next update.
I got more serious problem. one of my blog dropped to pr2 (www.zwtm.com) and my frens site which is still under construction went to pr6 . wtf is wrong with google's pr? I m totally astounded. I have worked very very very hard to get backlinks to my site and an under construction site gets to pr6 from pr3. fk google.
But surely, even if the update is not over, once you have seen an increase or decrease - that's got to be it right? Your PR isn't going to change twice during the update, or is it?
Absolutely Correct, This update is defiantly not making sense to most of the SEO experts. Bad website achieve hi PR. I am pretty sure, Google will soon run another PR Update faster than expiated to eliminate this mistake. If Google keep Wired PR updating we have to look how the SERP take place.
I think it's the best answer for your question, just keep on building more links till the next PR update
My PR jumped for a 4 to a 5... but my rankings fell from around spots 2-3 down to 10-12. Doesn't make much sense, guess it's time to get some more backlinks and update content...
Don't worry so much about PR. One of my sites remain with the same PR and I did a quick check to find out the ranking position in search engine. Luckily it's still the same so I just put all the issue aside. If this is the case, then just let it be and move on with life.
Hey google calculates many things ... 1.Traffic 2.Keywords density etc It consider many things so dont focus on pr focus on Building link popularity ...U can see surprise results soon
